Pet Policy

42 Hundred on the Lake is a pet-friendly community! We welcome Cats & Dogs with some breed restrictions and a 2 pet limit per unit. A one-time non-refundable pet enrollment up to $370 is required, as well as a monthly pet rent up to $45 per pet based off the PetScreening pet profile. Please contact the office for more details.
